Our Story

New Community Horizons Inc. was launched in 2005 to assist in the development of a community services curriculum for resident physicians of Family Medicine at Emory University School of Medicine and Morehouse School of Medicine  .In 2007 New Community Horizons partnered with Wal- Mart’s Professional Services Division in organizing health fairs at Wal- Mart’s Super Centers.
New Community Horizon has introduced three programs to include a Provider Network, a Mobile Health Unit and a Scholastic Tutorial Program. The Mobile Unit (Family Health Van) is slated for operation by late 2008.   

Geographic Area:

The current administrative site for New Community Horizons is 3997 Lawrenceville Highway in Lilburn Georgia.. The tutorial program  will reach all of Metropolitan Atlanta.  The Family Health Van will reach all areas of Georgia currently not served by a mobile health unit or a health care facility-extending its services to such areas as Rome, Savannah, and Columbus.  The Family Health Van will also offer mammography services. The Provider Network will be offered throughout Georgia.
